How to make: prepare a vegetable stock or meat stock and pour this into the Mongolian pot. Switch on. Place hunks of meat or fish into your individual sieve and immerse in the stock. Recommended meat mix: rump steak, tender pork, chicken, veal or poultry liver. Fish: sole, swordfish, cod, shrimps scampi. Refined sauces, thinly sliced vegetable strips and rice are excellent accompaniments to this delightful meal.
